This Privacy Policy describes how Azoth Systems collects, uses, stores and protects the data of users of the O’Dive application.

- Data collected
The O’Dive application may collect and process the following categories of data:
- user account identification data: first name, last name, email address, account identifier;
- data related to the use of the application: account settings, usage history, user preferences;
- dive data entered or imported by the user: dive profiles, dive parameters, information associated with decompression analysis, dive location when permission has been granted by the user;
- data from measurements performed with the O’Dive sensor: Doppler signals, calculated indicators, analysis results;
- technical data required for the operation of the service: device type, application version, operating system, technical logs and diagnostic data.
The application does not collect this data for the purpose of selling it to third parties.
- Purposes of processing
The collected data is used to:
- enable the creation and management of the user account;
- provide the features of the O’Dive application;
- record, analyze and present dive data and associated measurements;
- improve the quality, reliability and security of the service;
- provide user support;
- comply with applicable legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
Dive data and associated measurements are used to provide the user with an analysis of their diving practice and decompression. O’Dive is not a medical device and is not a substitute for medical advice.
- Data sharing
User data may be accessible to:
- authorized Azoth Systems teams, only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service, support or maintenance;
- technical service providers involved in hosting, maintenance, technical analysis or service security;
- competent authorities, only where required by law.
Azoth Systems does not sell users’ personal data.
Where technical service providers are used, they act solely on behalf of Azoth Systems and in accordance with its instructions.
- Data retention
Azoth Systems retains user data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
The retention rules are as follows:
- account data is retained for as long as the user account exists;
- dive data, Doppler measurements and analysis results are retained for as long as the user account remains active, in order to allow the user to view their history and monitor the evolution of their analyses;
- technical data and operating logs are retained for a maximum period of 10 years, unless longer retention is necessary for security, evidentiary or compliance reasons;
- in the event of account deletion, personal data associated with the account is deleted or anonymized within a maximum period of 30 days, unless a legal obligation or legitimate reason requires longer retention.
Some data may be retained in anonymized form for statistical, scientific, service improvement or research and development purposes. In such cases, the data no longer directly identifies the user.
- Account and data deletion
The user may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting Azoth Systems at the following address:

Azoth Systems will process the request within a reasonable timeframe and, unless otherwise required by law, will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with the account.
- Data security
Azoth Systems implements technical and organizational measures designed to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Data transmissions are protected by appropriate security measures, including secure communication protocols when data is exchanged with the service’s servers.
- User rights
In accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR —, the user may request:
- access to their personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- deletion of their data;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing where applicable;
